WSOLP Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms govern all access to and use of the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, contest rules, privacy policies, or supplemental terms that are incorporated by reference or made available through the Platform.

These Terms apply whether you are a visitor, registered user, wallet holder, contest participant, community member, developer, or any other person accessing the Platform.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if all of the following are true:

• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you.
• You are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable sanctions, embargoes, governmental restrictions, or court orders.
• You are not using the Platform on behalf of any prohibited person or entity.

WSOLP reserves the right to request age verification, identity verification, residency verification, wallet verification, sanctions screening, or any other information reasonably necessary to determine eligibility.

Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. Jurisdictional Restrictions

The laws governing fantasy contests, cryptocurrency, digital assets, blockchain technology, gaming, gambling, sweepstakes, promotions, and digital rewards differ significantly between jurisdictions.

WSOLP does not represent or warrant that the Platform is available, lawful, licensed, or appropriate in every country, state, province, territory, or municipality.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you.

If participation is prohibited or restricted where you are located, you must not use the Platform.

WSOLP reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, block, or terminate access from any jurisdiction or user for legal, regulatory, operational, security, or business reasons.

4. Description of the Platform

WSOLP is an interactive fantasy sports and entertainment platform centered on poker-related competitions and experiences. The Platform may include, among other features:

• Fantasy roster contests.
• Final table prediction contests.
• Tournament outcome prediction contests.
• Leaderboards.
• Community competitions.
• Rewards programs.
• Digital asset functionality.
• Blockchain integrations.
• Wallet connectivity.
• Educational content.
• Statistical analysis.
• Public tournament information.
• Promotional campaigns.
• Additional products and services introduced from time to time.

Certain features may be available only in specific jurisdictions or to users who satisfy additional eligibility requirements.

WSOLP reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any feature of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

5. Nature of the Platform

WSOLP is designed as an entertainment platform that allows users to participate in fantasy-style competitions relating to poker events.

Certain contests may reward users based upon the accuracy of predictions, roster selections, player performance, tournament outcomes, or other published contest criteria.

Nothing contained on the Platform should be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, gambling advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.

The Platform is not intended to encourage irresponsible gambling, excessive financial risk-taking, or speculative investment activity.

6. No Guarantee of Results

WSOLP makes no representation or warranty that any participant will:

• Win any contest.
• Receive any reward.
• Earn any profit.
• Increase the value of any digital asset.
• Recover any losses.
• Successfully complete any blockchain transaction.
• Retain access to any feature indefinitely.

Past performance of users, players, contests, tokens, or the Platform does not predict future results.

All participation is at your own risk.

7. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with using the Platform. These risks include, without limitation:

• Loss of cryptocurrency.
• Loss of tokens.
• Contest losses.
• Market volatility.
• Smart contract vulnerabilities.
• Wallet compromise.
• Phishing attacks.
• User error.
• Blockchain congestion.
• Network outages.
• Regulatory changes.
• Tax consequences.
• Data inaccuracies.
• Tournament cancellations or schedule changes.
• Third-party service failures.
• Platform downtime.

You acknowledge that these risks are inherent to participation and agree that WSOLP shall not be responsible for losses resulting from such risks except to the extent required by applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

WSOLP may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, security practices, or business operations.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting unless a different effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

9. Fantasy Contests and Gameplay

WSOLP offers fantasy sports-style contests and other interactive experiences relating to poker tournaments, poker players, and related events. Contest formats may include, without limitation, roster-building competitions, final table prediction contests, finishing-order predictions, player performance contests, survivor-style contests, pools, bracket competitions, leaderboard competitions, promotional events, and other skill-based or entertainment-based gameplay as determined by WSOLP.

Each contest is governed by these Terms together with any specific contest rules published by WSOLP. Contest-specific rules supplement these Terms and, where applicable, shall control with respect to that contest.

WSOLP reserves the right to modify contest formats, scoring systems, eligibility requirements, entry limits, prize structures, deadlines, roster requirements, tie-breaking procedures, payout methodologies, or any other contest rules at any time before the applicable contest begins. After a contest has begun, changes may be made only where reasonably necessary to address errors, fraud, technical issues, legal requirements, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond WSOLP's reasonable control.

Participation in any contest does not guarantee eligibility for prizes or rewards.

10. Contest Entries

Contest entries become valid only after all applicable requirements established by WSOLP have been satisfied.

WSOLP reserves the right to reject, void, suspend, modify, or cancel any entry that:

• violates these Terms;
• violates published contest rules;
• contains inaccurate information;
• results from technical malfunction;
• results from fraud, collusion, automation, or manipulation;
• originates from an ineligible jurisdiction;
• is submitted after the applicable deadline; or
• is otherwise determined by WSOLP, in its reasonable discretion, to compromise the integrity of the Platform or a contest.

Users are solely responsible for confirming that entries have been successfully submitted before any applicable deadline.

11. Roster Locks and Entry Deadlines

Each contest may have a designated entry deadline or roster lock.

Once a contest locks, users may not modify their entries unless expressly permitted by the applicable contest rules.

Blockchain confirmation delays, internet outages, wallet issues, user error, device failures, congestion, or other technical issues do not extend contest deadlines.

Users are solely responsible for submitting entries sufficiently in advance of applicable deadlines.

12. Official Results

Contest outcomes shall be determined using the official scoring methodology published by WSOLP.

Where applicable, WSOLP may rely upon publicly available tournament information, official tournament results, licensed data providers, publicly reported statistics, blockchain records, or other sources reasonably determined by WSOLP to be reliable.

WSOLP is not responsible for inaccuracies, corrections, reporting delays, scoring revisions, broadcast errors, transcription errors, or discrepancies originating from third-party sources.

WSOLP reserves the right to correct scoring errors, leaderboard errors, prize calculations, contest standings, or other inaccuracies whenever discovered.

WSOLP's determination regarding official contest results shall be final absent manifest error.

13. Tiebreakers

Unless otherwise specified in contest-specific rules, ties may be resolved using one or more of the following:

• timestamp of valid entry submission;
• accuracy of predictions;
• number of correct selections;
• closest cumulative ranking;
• closest finishing order;
• exact player placement;
• chip-count accuracy;
• additional published contest criteria; or
• another objectively reasonable method selected by WSOLP.

If multiple participants remain tied after application of all applicable tiebreakers, WSOLP may divide prizes equally or utilize another published resolution method.

14. Prizes and Payouts

Prize pools, rewards, distributions, and payout structures shall be determined according to the applicable contest rules.

Prizes may consist of cryptocurrency, digital assets, platform credits, reward points, merchandise, promotional items, access rights, cash where legally permitted, or other forms of consideration determined by WSOLP.

Estimated prize values are informational only.

The value of digital assets and cryptocurrencies may fluctuate significantly before distribution or redemption.

WSOLP does not guarantee:

• the value of any prize;
• the liquidity of any digital asset;
• exchange listings;
• market availability;
• redemption opportunities;
• appreciation in value; or
• future utility.

WSOLP reserves the right to delay, suspend, withhold, modify, investigate, or deny prize distributions where reasonably necessary to comply with law, investigate fraud, complete identity verification, satisfy tax obligations, complete AML/KYC reviews, resolve disputes, or protect the integrity of the Platform.

15. Tokens and Digital Assets

The Platform may incorporate digital assets, blockchain-based tokens, reward tokens, utility tokens, NFTs, stablecoins, or other blockchain-enabled functionality.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in separate legally binding documentation, no token associated with WSOLP represents:

• equity ownership;
• shares of stock;
• partnership interests;
• membership interests;
• debt;
• profit-sharing rights;
• revenue-sharing rights;
• dividends;
• voting rights;
• ownership of WSOLP;
• ownership of any underlying poker event;
• ownership of any player; or
• any legal claim against WSOLP or its affiliates.

Digital assets are experimental technologies that involve substantial risk. Users acknowledge that any token may:

• lose all value;
• become illiquid;
• experience extreme volatility;
• cease functioning;
• become subject to regulatory restrictions;
• experience technological failure;
• become unsupported; or
• become permanently inaccessible.

Users should not purchase, hold, or use any digital asset with an expectation of guaranteed appreciation or financial return.

16. No Investment Advice

Nothing available on the Platform constitutes investment advice, securities advice, financial advice, trading advice, legal advice, accounting advice, tax advice, or professional advice of any kind.

Any rankings, projections, player values, pricing information, expected values, probabilities, analytics, historical information, market commentary, or similar content is provided solely for informational and entertainment purposes.

Users remain solely responsible for their own financial and investment decisions.

17. Blockchain and Smart Contract Risks

Use of blockchain technology involves risks that may be impossible to predict or eliminate. These risks include, without limitation:

• network congestion;
• validator failures;
• smart contract vulnerabilities;
• blockchain forks;
• consensus failures;
• malicious attacks;
• software bugs;
• protocol upgrades;
• failed transactions;
• delayed confirmations;
• excessive transaction fees;
• front-running;
• maximal extractable value (MEV);
• oracle failures;
• bridge failures;
• exchange failures; and
• third-party infrastructure failures.

WSOLP makes no representation or warranty regarding the security, reliability, permanence, compatibility, or uninterrupted operation of any blockchain network.

Users assume all risks associated with blockchain technology.

18. Digital Wallets

Certain Platform features require users to connect compatible third-party digital wallets. Users are solely responsible for:

• selecting their wallet provider;
• safeguarding private keys;
• safeguarding recovery phrases;
• maintaining device security;
• approving blockchain transactions;
• reviewing transaction details;
• paying applicable network fees; and
• preventing unauthorized access.

WSOLP never takes custody of users' private keys or recovery phrases.

Loss of wallet credentials may result in permanent loss of access to digital assets.

WSOLP cannot recover lost wallets, reverse blockchain transactions, restore private keys, or retrieve assets transferred in error.

19. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the Platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Users are responsible for:

• maintaining accurate account information;
• protecting account credentials;
• maintaining wallet security;
• complying with all applicable laws;
• ensuring eligibility before participating;
• paying all required taxes;
• reviewing contest rules;
• monitoring Platform announcements; and
• promptly notifying WSOLP of suspected unauthorized activity.

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of Platform access.

20. Taxes

Users are solely responsible for determining, reporting, paying, and satisfying any taxes, duties, levies, withholding obligations, reporting obligations, penalties, or other governmental charges arising from their use of the Platform.

WSOLP does not provide tax advice.

Where required by applicable law, WSOLP may request tax documentation, withhold distributions, report transactions, or issue tax forms to governmental authorities or users.

21. Errors, Technical Issues, and Platform Corrections

Despite reasonable efforts, technical errors, software bugs, display issues, smart contract issues, blockchain issues, pricing errors, scoring errors, payout errors, or other inaccuracies may occur.

If WSOLP reasonably determines that an error has affected the integrity of a contest or Platform operation, WSOLP reserves the right to take corrective action, including:

• correcting scores;
• recalculating prizes;
• adjusting standings;
• voiding entries;
• cancelling contests;
• issuing refunds or credits where appropriate;
• suspending transactions; or
• taking any other action reasonably necessary to preserve fairness and Platform integrity.

WSOLP's exercise of these rights shall not create liability for losses resulting from good-faith corrective actions.

22. User Accounts

22.1 Registration. To access certain features of WSOLP (the "Platform"), you must register an account and connect a supported digital wallet ("Wallet"). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information if it changes.

22.2 Accuracy of Information. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit, including your name, date of birth, jurisdiction of residence, and Wallet address. WSOLP may rely on the information you provide and is not obligated to independently verify it, though it reserves the right to do so at any time.

22.3 One Account Per Person. You may maintain only one account unless expressly authorized in writing by WSOLP. Creation or use of multiple accounts by the same individual, household, or entity — including through the use of different Wallets, devices, VPNs, or proxies — is prohibited absent such authorization.

22.4 Responsibility for Account Activity. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and Wallet, whether or not authorized by you, except to the extent caused by WSOLP's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

22.5 Password and Wallet Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, private keys, seed phrases, and Wallet access. WSOLP never asks for your private keys or seed phrase and will never store them. Loss of Wallet access is your sole responsibility.

22.6 Wallet Ownership. By connecting a Wallet, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner of that Wallet and all digital assets contained within it, and that you have the right to use it in connection with the Platform.

22.7 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You agree to notify WSOLP immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account or Wallet in connection with the Platform.

22.8 Right to Suspend. WSOLP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, including where it suspects a violation of these Terms, applicable law, or a risk to Platform integrity.

23. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to, in connection with the Platform:

• Engage in fraud, collusion, or coordinated conduct designed to manipulate contest outcomes or payouts;
• Operate or control multiple accounts (multi-accounting);
• Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or programmatic means to create entries, place transactions, or interact with the Platform;
• Circumvent geolocation restrictions, IP blocks, or eligibility checks, including through use of VPNs, proxies, or falsified location data;
• Engage in identity fraud or impersonate any person or entity;
• Engage in or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion;
• Engage in wash trading, token manipulation, or other market manipulation involving any token, credit, or digital asset associated with the Platform;
• Trade on or misuse material non-public information ("insider information") relating to contests, tokens, or the Platform;
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform, smart contracts, or oracles for personal gain, or fail to promptly report them;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Platform or its smart contracts, except as permitted by applicable law;
• Attack, manipulate, or interfere with smart contracts, oracles, price feeds, or other on-chain infrastructure used by the Platform;
• Launch denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, distribute malware, or engage in phishing directed at the Platform or its users;
• Send spam, unsolicited communications, or engage in harassment, defamation, or abusive conduct toward other users or WSOLP personnel;
• Post, transmit, or facilitate illegal content or infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

WSOLP reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Section, using on-chain and off-chain analytics as it deems appropriate, and to take enforcement action under Section 25.

24. AML / KYC / Sanctions

WSOLP reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to:

• Verify your identity, including through government-issued identification;
• Verify your residential address and jurisdiction of residence;
• Verify ownership and control of any Wallet used on the Platform;
• Verify the source of funds or digital assets used on the Platform;
• Conduct blockchain analytics on Wallet addresses and transaction history;
• Refuse to process, or delay, any transaction, deposit, or withdrawal;
• Freeze, suspend, or restrict any account pending verification;
• Deny withdrawals where verification cannot be completed or where suspicious activity is identified;
• Cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, and government authorities, including by producing records in response to lawful requests;
• Report suspicious activity to relevant financial intelligence units or authorities as required by applicable law;
• Screen users and Wallets against applicable sanctions and watch lists (including OFAC and equivalent lists) and deny service to any person or entity on, owned by, or controlled by a party on such lists, or located in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction.

You agree to cooperate with any verification request and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in suspension of your account and denial of withdrawals.

25. Platform Enforcement

Where WSOLP determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a user has violated these Terms or applicable law, or that Platform integrity is at risk, WSOLP reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate the applicable account(s);
• Cancel or void a contest, in whole or in part;
• Void individual entries;
• Freeze associated digital assets to the extent legally permitted;
• Reverse platform credits issued in error or obtained through prohibited conduct;
• Remove or claw back rewards, prizes, or winnings obtained through prohibited conduct;
• Modify or correct leaderboards affected by prohibited conduct;
• Investigate any conduct on the Platform, including through on-chain analysis;
• Cooperate with and provide information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

WSOLP will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify affected users of enforcement action, except where notice would compromise an investigation or is otherwise inappropriate.

26. Intellectual Property

26.1 Ownership. All software, branding, logos, trademarks, user interfaces, graphics, APIs, databases, content, source code, smart contract interfaces, and documentation associated with the Platform ("WSOLP IP") are owned by WSOLP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

26.2 Limited License. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, WSOLP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose.

26.3 Prohibited Uses. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or make commercial use of any WSOLP IP without WSOLP's prior written consent.

27. User Content

27.1 Scope. This Section applies to any username, avatar, comment, chat message, image, video, prediction, or other content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform ("User Content").

27.2 Ownership and License. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant WSOLP a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

27.3 Representations. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights or violate applicable law.

27.4 Removal. WSOLP reserves the right to remove or disable access to any User Content at its discretion, including content it deems illegal, infringing, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

27.5 No Illegal Content. You agree not to submit User Content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of any third party.

28. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate or interoperate with third-party services, including wallet providers (e.g., Phantom, Solflare, Backpack), WalletConnect, RPC providers, blockchain explorers, exchanges, payment processors, analytics providers, and identity verification providers ("Third-Party Services"). Your use of any Third-Party Service is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. WSOLP does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of any Third-Party Service, and disclaims all liability arising from your use of them.

29. Privacy

WSOLP's collection and use of personal information is governed by its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy addresses, among other things, the use of cookies and analytics, the inherent transparency of blockchain transactions and public Wallet addresses, and WSOLP's communications with you. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that transactions conducted via public blockchains are generally visible to the public and may be permanently recorded.

30. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WSOLP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING:

• Uptime or continuous availability of the Platform;
• The accuracy of any information, odds, statistics, or leaderboard data displayed;
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation;
• Any winnings, profits, or returns from participation in contests;
• The value, liquidity, or stability of any token or digital asset associated with the Platform;
• The security of the Platform, any smart contract, or any Third-Party Service;
• Compatibility of the Platform with any particular Wallet, device, or software.

31. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WSOLP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Losses of tokens or other digital assets;
• Losses arising from contests or contest outcomes;
• Losses resulting from Wallet hacks, compromise, or loss of private keys;
• Failures or errors of Third-Party Services;
• Actions taken by regulators or governmental authorities.

WSOLP'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WSOLP IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, WSOLP's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

32. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WSOLP and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your conduct on or use of the Platform;
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law;
• Your tax obligations arising from your use of the Platform;
• Activity conducted through your Wallet;
• Any on-chain activity associated with your account;
• Your participation in any contest;
• Any User Content you submit.

33. Force Majeure

WSOLP shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including: war, terrorism, pandemics or public health emergencies, natural disasters, internet or telecommunications outages, blockchain network failures or congestion, validator or node failures, exchange failures, cancellation of underlying tournaments (including the WSOP), governmental actions, or cyberattacks.

34. Responsible Play

Fantasy contests on the Platform involve risk. Do not participate with funds you cannot afford to lose, and do not chase losses. We encourage you to set personal limits and participate responsibly. If you believe you may have a gambling or gaming problem, please seek help — resources such as the National Council on Problem Gambling (1-800-522-4700, ncpgambling.org) are available. Where offered, self-exclusion and deposit-limit tools may be found in your account settings.

35. Electronic Communications

By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from WSOLP electronically, including via email, SMS (where applicable), in-app or Wallet-linked notifications, and other electronic means. You agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing, including notices required under these Terms.

36. Dispute Resolution

36.1 Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact WSOLP at [email protected] and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for a period of thirty (30) days.

36.2 Notice. Any notice of a dispute must include your name, a description of the dispute, and the relief sought.

36.3 Arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

36.4 Venue. Any judicial proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

37. Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and WSOLP agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

38. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

39. Changes to Terms

WSOLP reserves the right to amend these Terms, modify contest rules, discontinue any part of the Platform, or modify the functionality of any associated token, at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

40. Miscellaneous

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and WSOLP regarding the Platform.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without WSOLP's prior written consent. WSOLP may assign these Terms without restriction.

No Waiver. WSOLP's failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Survival. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 26, 31, 32, 36, 37, and 38) will survive.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

Electronic Signatures. You agree that electronic acceptance of these Terms (e.g., by clicking "I Agree" or connecting your Wallet) has the same legal effect as a physical signature.
